Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for icrewsystems services.

1. General

Our services are primarily delivered as consulting, implementation, and project-based engagements. Because value is often realized through time, access, and expertise, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your agreement.

2. Deposits and upfront fees

Deposits, retainers, or upfront payments secure capacity and are typically non-refundable. Any exceptions will be documented in the applicable order form or statement of work.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel an engagement, we may, at our discretion, invoice for work performed to date, committed resources, and any non-recoverable costs. Any remaining prepaid amounts may be credited or refunded in accordance with the commercial terms agreed for that engagement.

4. Billing issues

If you believe there is an error with an invoice or payment, please contact us promptly so that we can review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
