icrewsystems provides consulting, implementation, and software-related services focused on execution systems and related operational infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, and commercial terms for each engagement are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, icrewsystems retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any methodologies, frameworks, templates, software, and other intellectual property created or used in the course of delivering the services. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials internally for your business purposes.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services, and to use such information only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While icrewsystems aims to support measurable improvements, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, icrewsystems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the services. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
