Me? Research… Dreams… How?

I wrote my first research paper in 2019. Wasn't really an act of pursuing passion, because this paper was an academic requirement for my Bachelors Degree. I didn't really understand what research was or why should one pursue it, until I met my thesis supervisor Dr. M R Jhansi Rani. Under her guidance, I discovered how fascinating it is to pursue research, contribute your findings towards the betterment of literature and in essence, human knowledge.

Previously, my research efforts were primarily directed towards fulfilling the criteria set forth by academic institutions. However, now I engage in independent research on areas where I have an expertise (or at times, a working knowledge), on topics which pique my interest and I document my findings and make them available for the public.

In other words, I research about whatever I am curious about and publish them here.

Here are some ideologies that I use as a homing beacon as I navigate through research.

“Research is seeing what everybody else has seen and thinking what nobody else has thought.”

— Albert Szent-Györgyi

“Nothing has such power to broaden the mind as the ability to investigate systematically and truly all that comes under thy observation in life.”

— Marcus Aurelius
